430 Stainless Steel Pipe

Iron +18% chromium +8% nickel, can resist chemical oxidation, this kind of stainless steel in JIS code number NO. 304, so also known as 304 stainless steel;


18-10 Stainless Steel Pipe 

But the chemical composition of the air is more and more, some of the more serious pollution places even 304 will have rusty condition; so some high-grade products will be made of 10% nickel to make it more durable and corrosion resistant, this stainless steel is called 18-10 stainless steel. The simplest way to distinguish these three kinds of stainless steel: with a magnet suction bottom, the absorption is 430, the absorption is 304 and 18-10. All kinds of food storage containers and food processing machinery should be selected austenitic or ferritic stainless steel (1Cr18Ni9Ti, 0cr19ni9, 1cr18ni9, 1cr17ni2). For processing parts of the abrasive tool can also be selected martensitic stainless steel (0cr13, 1Cr13, 2Cr13, 3cr13).

Note: Soaking conditions are boiling 30min, and then room temperature 24h.
