Specifications: ф1.0MM above 250mm size (diameter, edge length, thickness or edge distance) not less than 250mm hot rolled and forged stainless steel bars.

Material: 304, 304L, 321, 316, 316L, 310S, 630, 1Cr13, 2Cr13, 3cr13, 1CR17NI2, dual-phase steel, anti-bacterial steel and other materials!


Application

Petroleum, electronics, chemical, pharmaceutical, textile, food, machinery, construction, nuclear power, aerospace, military and other industries!


Note: Can be non-standard to do a variety of materials, specifications of stainless steel bars.


Classification

The components can be divided into Cr series (SUS400), ni series (SUS300), Cr-mn-ni (SUS200) and precipitation Hardening System (SUS600).

200 Series-chromium-nickel-manganese austenitic stainless Steel

300 series-chromium-nickel austenitic stainless steel

301-Good ductility, for molding pbaructs. can also be hardened by machine speed. Good weldability. Abrasion resistance and fatigue strength are better than 304 stainless steel.

302-corrosion resistance with 304, because the carbon content is relatively high and thus better strength.

303-By adding a small amount of sulphur and phosphorus to make it more processed.

304-18/8 Stainless steel. GB brand is 06cr19ni10.

309-Better temperature resistance than 304.

316-After 304, the second most widely used steel, mainly for food industry and surgical equipment, the addition of molybdenum elements to obtain a special corrosion-resistant structure. It is also used as "marine steel" for its better corrosion resistance to chloride than 304. SS316 are usually used in nuclear fuel recovery devices. Grade 18/10 stainless steel is usually in line with this application level.

Model 321-except for the addition of titanium elements to reduce the risk of material weld rust, other performance is similar to 304.

400 Series-ferritic and martensitic stainless steel

408-good heat resistance, weak corrosion resistance, 11% cr, 8% ni.

409-The cheapest model (Anglo-American), usually used as an automotive exhaust pipe, is a ferritic stainless steel (chrome).

410-martensite (high-strength chromium steel), good wear resistance, poor corrosion resistance.

416-added sulphur improves the processing performance of the material.

420-"cutting-tool grade" martensitic steel, similar to the early stainless steel of the Brinell high chromium. Also used in surgical tools, can be very bright.

430-ferritic body stainless steel, decorative, for example for automotive accessories. Good formability, but low temperature resistance and corrosion resistance.

440-high strength cutting tools steel, carbon slightly high, after appropriate heat treatment can be achieved higher yield strength, hardness can reach 58HRC, the most hard stainless steel column. The most common examples of applications are razor blades. There are three kinds of common models: 440A, 440B, 440c, and 440F (easy to process).

500 Series-chromium-resistant alloy steel.

600 Series-martensitic precipitation hardened stainless steel.

630-most commonly used precipitation hardening stainless steel models, usually called 17-4; 17%CR, 4%ni.
